Papua New Guinea Arufa Natural AX

This limited-release coffee comes from Arufa in Jiwaka Province, grown by small producers connected through the Kagamuga Dry Mill. The region's volcanic loam, high elevation, and careful natural processing create a cup that is both fruit-forward and grounded.

In the cup, you'll find notes of raspberry, vanilla, brown sugar, and toasted sesame. The fruit is lively but not sharp, with a soft sweetness and a rounded finish that makes this coffee both distinctive and easy to return to.

We roast this coffee light to light-medium, aiming for clarity, sweetness, and the natural character that makes this PNG stand apart.
